Meet Jamie: Redefining Leadership and Embracing Reinvention
After more than 20 years leading sales and marketing teams at Fortune 500 companies, Jamie is embracing a new chapter as a leadership coach in New York.
Inspired by her own experience with coaching, Jamie discovered that her greatest passion wasn't hitting sales targets, but helping others grow. Today, she's building a coaching business focused on supporting women navigating midlife, career transitions, and the unique challenges of perimenopause in the workplace.
Beyond coaching, Jamie is an advocate for women's health. She recently joined 125 women in Washington, D.C., to advocate for legislation addressing perimenopause and menopause care.
For Jamie, reinvention isn't about having everything figured out. It's about giving yourself permission to question what's no longer working and explore what comes next.
Her advice to women considering a new chapter?
"Start by looking at what's not working. What are you doing out of habit? What's taking more out of you than it used to?"
Jamie's journey reminds us that it's never too late to redefine success, find a new purpose, and continue growing.
